The Committee Chairs will work with parent volunteers to create sub-committees to help promote, staff, setup and run various events during the year.
Treasurer – Jenny Shiblaq
The Treasurer is responsible for keeping the books and for preparing and presenting a financial report at each meeting. The Treasurer will create an annual budget and ensure that all committees stay within those budgets. All committee heads will provide the Treasurer with bills and expenses related to their committee and communicate anticipated needs. The Treasurer will collect and process senior parent forms/payments throughout the year and assist the Registration Coordinator in keeping an accurate senior parent database.
Secretary - Karen Brace
The Secretary performs a variety of tasks. Some of these tasks may include scheduling meetings, maintaining files, taking meeting minutes and sending e-mails.
Registrar - Gillian O’Farrell
The Registrar is responsible for managing the senior table at walk-through registration, and will work throughout the year to process senior parent forms/payments
Website/Facebook/Digital Media Coordinator - Raj SinghThe Website, Facebook, Digital Media Coordinator is responsible for keeping the website up to date with event and contact information, forms and other items relating to senior activities.
Waterworld Breakfast Coordinator - Sarah Stinson and Becca Jorgensen The Senior Picnic Coordinator(s) will work to communicate and coordinate this event with the leadership teacher/students. The coordinator(s) will find out how much food and drink is needed and will contact the parents on the donation list to ensure that everything is delivered in time for the students to enjoy before they board the buses
Raffle Prize Committee Coordinator - (TBD)
The Prize Coordinator and committee will work throughout the year to get donations for the prizes that will be given out at Senior Breakfast and Grad Night.
Senior Collage Committee Coordinators - (TBD)
The Collage Coordinator will put together a packet of information for senior parents with the collage directions. The coordinator and her committee will collect the collages in the spring and display them at Senior Breakfast and Grad Night. Please see collage webpage.
Senior Breakfast Chair - (TBD) The Senior Breakfast Chair and committee coordinators will be responsible for developing a theme and an overall strategy for this event. The Senior Breakfast Chair will work with the Treasurer to work within the budget and will submit all bills and expenses in a timely manner.
Baccalaureate Committee Coordinator – (TBD)
Coordinator will work with communicate and coordinate this event with the leadership teacher/students. The committee will be responsible for the details of this ceremony (as dictated by the senior class officers) including the program and decorations. The committee is also responsible for putting together a slide show of pictures collected from senior parents.
Grad Night Committee - (TBD)
The Senior Class Committee will oversee the events for Grad Night and their committee coordinators will be responsible for developing a theme and an overall strategy for the event. The committees will work with the Treasurer to work within the budget and will submit all bills and expenses in a timely manner.
